  1. There is the parable about the blind men and the elephant.
The blind men have never seen an elephant. Somebody brought them to the elephant.
They touched it and then they were asked to describe it.

“Hey, the elephant is a pillar,” said the first man who touched his leg.

“Oh, no! It is like a rope,” said the second man who touched the tail.

“Oh, no! It is like a thick branch of a tree,” said the third man who touched the trunk of the elephant.

“It is like a big hand fan,” said the fourth man who touched the ear of the elephant.

“It is like a huge wall,” said the fifth man who touched the belly of the elephant.

“It is like a solid pipe,” said the sixth man who touched the tusk of the elephant.

  2. Hi Faina, you are right! The parable says it all. Nobody or any society has the Whole Truth. We don’t even know the Whole Truth, but everyone has a piece of the Whole Truth.

  3. But the Whole Truth, or Absolute, does exist! Although we can’t reach it, we can try to make steps toward it by extending our vision and making our mind more open.

  4. Yes, I agree. Since we can’t reach it, we don’t have it.
Also, we should open our minds to every possibilities.
